Our Story

Rugs for a calmer home

Rugs Deco is a US rug shop, operated by J Gens LLC, built around a simple idea: the floor is where a room starts. The right rug quiets a space and helps it feel finished.

We are still early, and we would rather be plain about it than put on a show. We are building our collection carefully, and we are choosing what to offer with a few things in mind.

What we care about

  • Calm colors and soft textures. Grounded neutrals, earthy tones and deep blues that sit easily in a home.
  • Simple sizing. Rug sizing is where most people get stuck, so we wrote a Rug Size Guide in feet and inches, room by room, and a guide to buying a large rug.
  • Straight answers. We state our shipping and return terms in plain language, and we tell you what we know about a rug and what we will confirm at order.
  • Browsing the way you think. You can shop by room, by size, or through The Calm Home, our take on the five traditional feng shui elements. That guidance is offered as design inspiration, not as a promise of any outcome.
