SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE shipping within the continental U.S. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of this area.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that it may take a few days for the order to be processed and shipped.

What happens after placing an order?
You will receive a confirmation email. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 5 business days.

Why are there delays for some orders?
Due to supply chain issues, some shipments may experience delays. We will keep you informed of any changes in delivery times. If an item is back-ordered, we will reserve it for you.

What if I haven't received a tracking email?

RETURNS

What is the return policy?
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days for an exchange, replacement, or refund. Specific return policies may vary by brand, so please check the product page for details.

What is the return process?
All returns must be approved and may be subject to a 10-30% restocking fee. Please contact us at support@rugsdeco.com with your order number and personal information to initiate a return. Unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Customized orders and non-returnable items are specified on the product page.

What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we will work with the manufacturer to send replacement parts or redeliver the item if necessary.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We have a 30-minute window after an order is placed to make modifications or cancellations. After this window, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

What happens if I refuse a package?
If you refuse a package or it is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee and two-way shipping from your refund.

I PLACED AN ORDER, NOW WHAT?

What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email, and your card will be charged to process your order and release your shipment. Shipping times vary, but most items ship within 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours.

What should I do after receiving an order?
Inspect the boxes for any signs of damage and take pictures before opening them. Report any damage to us within 5 days of receipt. If the carrier is responsible for the damage, they will repair the items at no cost to you.

What if my delivery is damaged or missing parts?
Check the delivery inventory upon receipt. If anything is damaged, send us pictures at support@rugsdeco.com with your order number, and we will arrange for replacements.

What if I don't receive a tracking number after a few days?
Please contact us to ensure we have the correct email address on file and to keep you updated on your shipment.
